Bushfire Ready Workshop

As a follow up from the Bushfire Ready training, a workshop was held at the Mundaring with attendees from the hills and as far away as Geraldton. One of our members, Michelle attended the training.  If you need any assistance with becoming more Bushfire Ready you are always welcome to enquire at our station on a Saturday morning, or attend one of our organised events.

City to Surf 2018

What a day to remember, it was absolutely awesome!  Such a well organised event and quite a few surprises along the way. Thank you to all the volunteers on the day who cheered us on and kept us well supplied with drinks along the way. Would you believe there was entertainment? Music, Japanese drummers, a mariachi band and dancers!

Here is our intrepid team crossing the finishing line and proudly displaying their race medals. We are all a bit stiff still but it was a great achievement as a team.

A big shout out to Ultimo Catering and Events for their generosity towards us vollies by feeding us at the end of the event. Thank you!

Mundaring Scouts 100 Year Celebration

People from near and far came to celebrate the community fun day organised by the local scouts.

The kids and grown ups all had a great time.
